Greg Neistat graduated from Indiana University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and obtained his CPA certificate in 1985.  Greg has 30 years of public accounting experience.  Greg performs compilations, reviews and audits for many privately held companies and non-profit organizations in a wide range of industries.  This experience includes working with a variety of clients including real estate development companies, property management companies, low-income tax credit partnerships, commercial real estate companies and construction companies.  Greg is well versed in aspects of the low income housing tax credit (LIHTC) including HUD and IHDA regulatory audits and construction matters.  His responsibilities include performing auditing procedures, internal control testing, compliance analysis, client communications, and the preparation of financial statements.
